If you need a restroom outside of opening hours, please use the restroom near Manyeo Gimbap (Witch Gimbap) located on the 2nd floor of Nodeul Island.
You can enter the F&B facilities through the entrance located outside.
Nodeul Island Operation team manages lost property. You can check if we’ve received any lost property by calling ☎+82 (0)2 749 4500. We will contact you as soon as we find any items that are not reported on the same day.
If you’ve lost your belongings in the Hangang Park, please contact ☎Han River Call center via +82 1577 0082.
Coin lockers are located at front of the Live House on the first floor. They are available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. You need a 500 KRW coin to operate them, and since there is no coin exchange machine, you must bring the coin with you. We are not responsible for items lost outside of operating hours. Please note that if you lose your locker key, you will incur an additional charge of 30,000 KRW.

There is a total of 4 food waste trash cans are located on Nodeul Island.

2) Regarding Nodeul Island Lawn Field (Hangang Park)
There aren’t any food waste bins in Hangang Park at the lower part of Nodeul Island. For convenience store ramyeon food waste, please use the convenience store food trash can.
If you have any complaints regarding the installation of a food waste trash can at the lower end of the park, please contact the Future Han River Headquarters.

There’s a smoking area near Nodeul Island’s Gate 5 exit. For everyone’s convenience, please be sure to use this designated smoking area.
You can pay the parking fee in advance at the parking payment machine in front of the Nodeul Bookstore. When making a pre-payment, press the ‘speak-to-the-staff’ button to check the discount and have it applied.
Before leaving the parking space, press the button on the payment machine located near the exit to check & apply the discount and then pay the balance.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by noise from an outdoor performance on Nodeul Island. Prior to events, Nodeul Island give notification of the event schedule to neighboring residents through banners/flyers/or announcements (through the apartment management office). During the event, a dedicated staff member or hotline, established by the event organizer, is available to respond to noise complaints and take any appropriate action.
In addition, despite exercising noise control through on-site decibel measurement, we once again apologize for any distress our weekend outdoor events on weekends cause to neighboring residents. In the case of future outdoor events, we will take care to minimize inconvenience by strictly applying the standards of Article 20 (Regulation of Living Noise and Vibration) of [The Enforcement Rules of the Noise and Vibration Management Act].
