Space Rental Guide

1. Live House·Nodeul Gallery 1, 2: Regular rental every half-year, ongoing rental

• - First half of the year: Regular rental (October ~ November of the previous year), ongoing rental (December of the previous year ~ June of the current year)
• - Second half of the year: Regular rental (March ~ April of the current year), ongoing rental (after regular rental ends)
  * Nodeul Gallery will hold regular rental once in 2024 (scheduled for February)

2. Other spaces (Rehearsal Studio, Nodeul Yard, Outdoor spaces, etc.): Ongoing rental

*For detailed rental procedures, please refer to 'View Details' for each facility. Final rental approval will be decided after a review process.

*Applications must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event date.

· Rental Fee Discounts and Surcharges Criteria

• 1. For events organized by the state or local governments, or for public interest purposes such as the promotion of culture and arts, the rental fee can be discounted by 50% if deemed necessary by the mayor.
• 2. For commercial events such as corporate promotions, films, advertisements, and broadcasts, the rental fee can be surcharged up to 150%.
